Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FeatherFresh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly refund and cancellation process. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not been shipped, the cancellation will be processed immediately.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund & Return Eligibility

Refunds or returns are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect.
  • The customer receives a product different from what was originally ordered.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting photos/videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice, etc.) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund unless they have a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage:

  • Mattresses
  • Pillows
  • Bedding accessories
  • Opened or used products

Products that have been used, washed, damaged by misuse, or altered in any way will not qualify for return or refund.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team:

  • Minimum refund processing time: 3 business days
  • Maximum refund processing time: 10 business days

Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been approved and processed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, FeatherFresh will:

  • Arrange a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
